Since 2005, Sweet Liberty Guest House has been the accommodation of choice for many happy Nantucket visitors, with guests returning year after year. There are three spacious, clean, and comfortable guest rooms in the front of the house, separate and private from the rear of the house where the proprietor lives. Guests are encouraged and welcome to enjoy the outdoor space which includes a private backyard, two large decks with wonderful views of natural wetlands, and a fabulous outdoor shower.

The proprietor, Barbara Toole, has been a summer resident of Nantucket since 1975 and a year-round resident since 1992. She is very knowledgeable about everything the island has to offer, and happy to make recommendations for your visit.

Barbara is also an experienced potter, and her studio/gallery is located on the property. Guests are welcome to browse the gallery for special souvenirs or even sign up for classes.

There are three guest rooms accommodating two people each:

Solitude: Large room, queen bed, private bath with full tub and shower- $195/night
Seascape: Large room, queen bed, shared bath- $165/night
Sunset: Smaller room, 2 twin beds, shared bath- $145/night
Private Suite: Sunset + Seascape combine for 2 bedroom/1 bath private suite- $275/night.

Weekly Rentals: A 5% discount is also available on all weekly rentals.
